Taylor Shingler is a native of Lockport, Illinois. She is a current sports business management major at Maryville University in St. Louis. She also competes on the collegiate softball team for the university.
Taylor has grown up in a family with a love of sports. She started playing at a young age, beginning with softball, basketball, and soccer. Throughout high school she competed as a three-sport athlete, competing in softball, basketball, and volleyball. In both softball and basketball, Taylor has been able to compete on a regional championship team. At her university, Taylor is involved in various on campus organizations including holding executive positions for the Alpha Lambda Honor Society and on the Rawlings Sports Business Management leadership council. When not playing softball, Taylor enjoys watching sports, especially the Chicago White Sox. She is looking forward to sports returning back to normalcy in the near future.
